larrd is a tool for trending and graphing server metrics. Load average, disk utilization, TCP connect times, vmstat, iostat (Solaris only), bind 8, sendmail, qmail, and apache are examples of the data larrd is capable of trending. By using RRDTool, larrd can keep almost two years worth of data history in a fixed amount of disk space. larrd currently requires Big Brother for data acquisition but will support syslog, e-mail, and SNMP in the future.
